Monopoly at Mcdonalds? (Sure Is)
Okay, I hear myself saying the same thing year after year, but then forget myself and caught up with the excitement again and again.
So there are 3 million winners supposedly in the latest release, which of course is mostly food prizes, which hey, I can deal with that.
Problem is the food that you buy is starting to get more expensive and the actual products that come with the game pieces on them are getting rarer. I remember back when almost everything had a game piece on it…
At any rate, my main Berate with the whole Mcdonalds Monopoly game pieces is something that I used to assume, but now know…which is how you always seem to win more in the first week of release than at any other time.
I finally got to document it this time around and between my wife and I, we won 7 different food products in the first week. The 2nd week we only won twice, and have not won since. We have not changed our food choices or the amounts we frequent the joint.
Once again we got excited, only to get knocked down again this year. I simply believe that someone, somewhere does know where the winners are, and how they are released.
For this reason I Berate them

Sure…you can spend your own postage to mail in a request for a game piece, but who is going to actually spend money on that, knowing there’s a snowball’s chance in hell of ever winning even the cost of their postage back?
